Note: My event ran relatively smoothly for someone without any prior experience. I'd like to thank everyone who supported, guided, and helped me in the process.
Reflections on planning a #launch/#gallery event-
1. When planning any event, scout every inch and detail of the venue. Some things to note are: AC availability and dampness. It's better to be slightly on the warmer side, though.

2. When setting up the aesthetics, you must consider the lighting, colour, and brightness of the venue. Also, flowers are a nice touch. I didn't have any this time, but special thanks to Apple's family for sending over a huge bouquet. Everything felt more put together.

3. Make sure seating arrangements are optimised. If all more than one wall is utilised and require viewing at different timing, figure out how the seats can be arranged so people don't have to strain their necks. Maybe standing would be a good option if heatstroke isn't an imminent risk.

4.Better safe than sorry. Do everything ahead of time and make sure all arrivals are earlier than the intended usage time (e.g cake incident) because Murphy's Law.
5. Taste test and finalise all desserts, beverages, and refreshments prior to event. Don't serve plain bread. Use food delivery services for emergency snacks because it will save you.
6. There's a fine line between too rushed and too delayed. Especially in handling donation wiring.
7.Since there were performances, changing and attire storage could've been optimised.

That's it for now, Raisins. Planning a gallery takes a lot of time and attention and these are a few things to note that will make all the difference.
When I get more experienced, maybe I'll make a more comprehensive guide!
